arrival.
A. Flowers in the guest room must be properly placed.
a. on the desk in front of the mirror.
b. in the bathroom on the marble top near the shelf holding the
tissue container.
B. The overall appearance of the flowers must be fresh and healthy at
all times.
C. The vase must be clean and free of dust. Water inside the vase must
be changed daily
D. Room Attendants are required to:
a. check flowers and plants in the guest room daily.
b. water all flowers in the VIP/SP rooms at least once every two days.
c. if there is a "No Show" return flowers to the florist
• - Immediately report any breakage to supervisor

• - Make sure no bad smelling water.

• - if the flowers show signs of withering, replace with a new bunch.

• - avoid watering too much.

• - make sure plants in the suite are healthy and free of dust.

• - unless requested by guests, flowers should not be removed from


guest room.
