Greetings from Wyndham Grand Yangon Royal Lake Hotel !

Thank you for giving Wyndham Grand Yangon Royal Lake Hotel, the opportunity to work with you on
your guest’s accommodation requirement in 2018-2019. With reference to your Wholesale Contract
Rates request, we are pleased to issue out the agreement contract rates as follows:

Special terms, & conditions

 Room rates are inclusive of International Buffet Breakfast
 Room rates are not to be quoted for Internet bookings
 Upon request/negotiated, Special room rates for MICE, and SERIES will be issued
separately from this contract rate agreement
 Room rates are quoted in USD (dollars) only
 The hotel reserves the right to adjust rate during the contract period in the event of tax
alterations, energy supply rate increases, introduction or withdrawal of new or existing
taxes and or levies by government and or by tourism law and any service charge
amendments.
Check- in/Check-out time
 Check in time: 1400 hours (Local time), Check out time: 12:00 hours (Local time)
 Early Check-in or Late Check-out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be
reconfirmed with the Reservation staff in advance.
 A levy is chargeable for early Check-in from 0700 to 1200 hours and late Check-out from 1200
hrs to 1800 hours.
No Show
 Room not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been
made.
Day Use
 Day use from 09:00 hrs until 15:00 hrs is subject to 25% from the existing contract rate
 Day use from 09:00 hrs until 16:00 hrs is subject to 50% from the existing contract rate
 Day use from 09:00 hrs over 18:00 hrs is subject to 100% from the existing contract rate

  A valid voucher is required prior to guest’s arrival upon guest’s check in. Failure to provide a
valid voucher before guest’s departure will be automatically switched to normal published rate
and payment will be on guest personal account.
Children Policy
 Child aged 0-6 years old – stay free with an accompanied adults with an existing bed with
complimentary breakfast
 Child aged 7-12 years old – will get one complimentary extra bed with sharing the same with
parents, but will be charged at 50% of the adult price for the breakfast per person per meal.

Complimentary Policy
 For every ten (10) paying rooms, the hotel will accord One (1) Complimentary Superior Room
with Breakfast (Single or Double).
 For every twenty (20) paying rooms, the hotel will accord up to a maximum of Two (2)
Complimentary Superior Rooms with Breakfast (Single or Double).
 This concession is non-accumulative across different GITs.
 The complimentary room must be utilized only during the dates when the GIT is in house.
 Additional complimentary rooms will be awarded at the discretion of the hotel, subject to space
availability and season.

Booking Policy
 You are required to make a booking in writing by fax or email correspondence at
reservation@wyndhamgrandyangon.com.
 Reservation Team will provide a written confirmation by fax or email return
 You are required to make a cancellation or amendment in writing by fax or email at
reservation@wyndhamgrandyangon.com
 Reservation Team will provide a written cancellation or amendment by return

Reservation Policy
 Kindly please provide the following details upon reservation
- Name & share person name and salutation of guest (s)
- Room category
- Arrival and departure flight details with transfer requirements
- Credit card details and expiry date
- Passport number
- Any specific requests e.g. Non-smoking rooms and special billing instruction

Cancellation/No Show Policy

  Low season

For FIT, Any cancellation made less than three (3) days prior to arrival date, will charge at 50%
of the total booking and no show will be charged at 100% of total booking.

For GIT, Any cancellation made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date, will charge at
50% of the total booking and no show will be charged at 100% of total booking.

Early check out (more than 24 hours) are subject to one (1) day penalty from the existing
contract rate

 High season

For FIT, Any cancellation made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date, will be charged
50% of the total booing and no show will be charged 100% of total booking.

For GIT, Any cancellation made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date, will charge at
50% of the total booking and no show will be charged at 100% of total booking.

Early check out (more than 24 hours) are subject one (1) day penalty from the existing contract
rate
Billing arrangement and Payment Policy
 The Pro-forma invoice will be send upon reservation confirmation; 50% deposit has to be settled
by the latest fourteen (14) days for GIT and three (3) days for FIT prior to guest arrival date and
full payment has to be settled upon guest arrival date.
 In the event that the payment has not been paid in full for any reason whatsoever prior to the
guest arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the booking prior to check in and will be considered
full payment on cash basis upon guest arrival.
 In the case of unsettled invoice in due date, it will incur a (3%) interest/day of the total
outstanding amount and Wyndham Grand Yangon Royal Lake Hotel reserves the right to refuse
any placement booking.
 All payment to be made by Cash or Bank transfer.

 All the above rates are inclusive of 5% Government tax and 10% Service charge and non-
commissionable.
Credit Agreement
 A credit facility with limited amount and aging period is given to Travel Agent upon completion
and approval of credit application. Application must be submitted one month prior to arrival date.

 Letter of understanding will be accepted where credit facility with the hotel is extended. If credit
facilities have been granted, travel agent is not required to place a deposit with the hotel.

 The hotel reserves the right to reject the credit application of Travel Agent. Should no credit
facility be allocated, payment method for each reservation will be as stated on the confirmation
letter issued by the hotel.
Confidential and Exclusivity

  This contract remains confidential between the undersigned and designates clientele, and shall
not be disclosed to other third parties. Unauthorized disclosure of content will automatically
terminate this agreement.

 Any amendment to this agreement shall not valid until agreed in writing by authorized the
company.
General Conditions
 Both parties agree to each carry adequate liability and other insurance protecting itself against
any claims arising from any activities conducted in the retreat during the period of
accommodation. The performance of the agreement by either party is subject to acts of nature,
war government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation
facilities, or any other emergency making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities
contracted.
Contract validity and expiration
 This Agreement is valid immediately until 31 March 2019. Any inquiry for contact extension
must be submitted at least one month prior to expiration date. Wyndham Grand Yangon Royal
Lake Hotel reserves all rights to terminate the agreement before expiration date based
on our professional consideration.
We thank you for your kind understanding and please kindly duly sign the below agreement for the
agreed cooperation. Meanwhile, we are looking forward to our long-lasting cooperation.
