HISTORY:
Saif energy limited is a public limited company and is one of the companies of Saif group. Khan Faiz ullah Khan was the founder of Saif group.

Saif energy limited was established in March 2004.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:


The strategic objective of the Saif Energy limited is to be a leading and dynamic exploration and production company (Oil and Gas) in the top position of the petroleum companies by fulfilling its corporate, environmental and social responsibilities. The other objective is to explore and develop new hydrocarbon reserves through the best resources available in an efficient and professional manner.

To be a leading and dynamic Oil & Gas (Exploration & Production) Company in the upstream petroleum sector of the country by fullfilling its corporate, social and environmental responsibilities.

MISSION STATEMENT:
To Explore and Develop new hydrocarbon reserves, through best available resources in a professional and efficient manner.

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION:


Concerning department sends request to the human resource department to higher personnel for the vacant post. Human resource department gets approval from COO. Ads are being posted on website and newspapers. Curriculum vitae are received in from candidates. After sorting of CVs, candidates are called in for interviews. Interviews at human resource and then the concerning department. Medical test.

ORIENTATION PROGRAM:
Human resource manager calls the candidate, a meeting and an organization orientation is held. The second meeting is with the immediate boss. And lastly introduction with other staff members and fellows is done.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:


For training and development they use PMS (performance management system)

MOTIVATION:
For motivation, they use: Laptops Cars House rents Medical

For safety and health programs insurances are offered: NJI at managerial level EFU at lower level
