 Internship provided a solid foundation in tendering and

construction Tendering and Bidding Process as being part of
Construction Company.
 With a strong Technical resolution, present resources, other
client’s feedback, last 5-years return/ Turn-over &
competitive bidding that encourage Owner to evaluate
Bidder for the 2nd round for commercial discussion.
 Implement ISO certification for efficiency.
 Integrate advanced ERP systems for document Management
and Process automation.
 Enhanced SOPs increased investment in technology for cost
analysis & compliance management.
 Detail study of competitor/other bidders in terms of
competency technical vs cost, grip in the industry or area,
chances of being active in bid etc. is very crucial.
