competitive bidding that encourage Owner to evaluate
Bidder for the 2nd round for commercial discussion.
Implement ISO certification for efficiency.
Integrate advanced ERP systems for document Management
and Process automation.
Enhanced SOPs increased investment in technology for cost
analysis & compliance management.
Detail study of competitor/other bidders in terms of
competency technical vs cost, grip in the industry or area,
chances of being active in bid etc. is very crucial.
