In the result of Del E. Lama President of O&P company bleak report, several managers stepped forward towards the effective ideas for projects that might pull out the company from slump to its image and greatness. Therefore, two projects forwarded to management team for further implementation.

Nick Uldyme VP finance of the company is responsible for the company s office supply containments. He decided to initiate the project that would establish budgeting process with controls and checkpoints regarding office supply containments, to explore various ideas for cost containments.

Hal E. Lewya VP of manufacturing recruited for company. He has creative ability in innovation regarding instruments. He proposed an idea in the line of organ using new technology but company ignored his idea of touch screen organ.

1.Ignored the idea of using new technology in manufacturing organ at right time. 2.Hal start ignoring in company s business improvement and production. 3.Now Hal interested in to sell his idea to O&P Company through contractor.

Company should establish a Project Support Office (PSO), that will look after the new projects.

A Project Support Office is a temporary or permanent organizational unit that provides a portfolio of services to support project teams that are responsible for a specific portfolio of projects.
