In a democratic system where 12 arbitrarily people from different background are selected to judge a fate of a boy accused for murder of his father. After listening to the hearing of the trail , judge asked Juror to come to a definite conclusion. They were sent to a closed room to discuss the case and come out with a final judgment whether the boy should be sent to electric chair or sent free. Personal thought, belief and life experiences have had a great influence in the judgment of the Jurors.

GROUP & INDIVIDUAL BEHAVIOUR


Juror 1 takes the initiative to organize the discussion and starts with a vote. Initially the vote count was 11 is to 1 against the boy. Juror 8 was the one who voted against. Basic reason for everyone to vote against the boy every proof and evidence was against him, few wanted to end the meeting as soon as possible and others just followed the crowd. Most of them didnt have any valid reason. When Juror 8 voted against everyone got infuriated but eventually when he provided good reasons, as he was the only person who pre analyzed the case, Jurors started to agree with him starting with Juror 9. basic amenities like fan were also affecting the behavior of the Jurors .

Juror:1
Democratic Leader Good Organizing Skill Can work in ambiguity Reason : He enjoys teamwork, and derives pleasure in involving all in a team for even the silliest tasks

Juror 2:
Inferiority Complex A proposer of equity ( justice to all in same degree) Good at arithmetic and measurement Reason : Timid figure, Fear of being ridiculed, Neglected kid

Juror 3
Stubborn and fights for a cause Focused but short tempered Fact oriented Believes he is the target Reason : Betrayal by some of his family members

Juror 4 Formal and Serious Fact Oriented Introvert Reason : Probably the nature of his job (share broker)

Juror 5:
Inferiority Complex Reacts when provoked Emotional Reason : Grown up in a slum, and disliked being compartmentalized

Juror 6:
Respect for Individual, Proposer of Equality and believes in societal values Democratic but lacks decision making ability Reason : May be he had a god father

Juror 7:
Casual, Happy-go-lucky type Frustrated and Irritated when things doesnt working as per his schedule Unreasonable Reason : More interested in his priorities than others

Juror 8: Soft-spoken but firm in his belief Task and People oriented He did a background check of the case. Reason : Has three kids and knows the value of life of a kid

Juror 9:
Veteran Good Analytical skill Has an eye for detail Well behaved

Reason : Ability to think laterally and not bothered about his image

Juror 10:
Derives pleasure in stereotyping Arrogant and unsophisticated I-speak-you-listen-to-me attitude

Reason : May be the first child in his family and everybody in his family and work obeys him

Juror 11:
Sophisticated Formal approach Reason oriented Perfectionist

Reason : Good education

Juror 12:
Informal attitude Go with the flow approach Weak stand Reason : Could be professional (ad agent)
