There is authority that approves and scrutinize the capability of the decisions. If any problem rises later the related department and group are accused for the disappointment. They are in touch among themselves electronically. Interacting groups are followed in taking decision with lower priority.

Robi Axiata Ltd. follows the team effort as well as group effort. When there is need to compete with other companies or interdepartmental groups it depends no more on group. They dont share the information to make the goal achievable but to defeat other.

Problem solving team has one deficiency that it cannot make any decision but can only recommend. So the organization does not prefer problem solving team. Self managed team is so active that it is independent in making decisions. As a result different perspective and experience make the cross functional team less preferable to the organization. Electronic team is the most used in this organization. Team consists of different countrys members are connected to the team. Also team members joined from different part of the districts and areas are working here.

It ensures common characteristics when the teams working together. They have adequate resources. The higher authority provides necessary equipment and administrative support. It is the leader who dictates their path. There is a climate of trust, and a performance evaluation and reward system that reflects team contributions.

The organization hires people who are capable of doing occupation in a team work. They take fresh graduate who have no team work experience. Reward system is different in organization to organization. Some prefer individual performance and some prefer whole group and team performance. From our visit to the Robi Axiata Ltd. it is quite clear that it depends greatly upon group and team work. In our country all the telecommunication companies follow all most the same procedure. Therefore we come to the conclusion that along with Robi all the company providing telecommunication service depend on group and team work.
