Job Responsibilities

 Supervising project work operations via deck crew

 Supervising the daily tasks of rigging crew
 Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work in
accordance with the established HSES Safety Standards and Work Practices
 Organizing and distributing above deck activities with Rigging Crews
 Following all company policies and procedures, an ensuring junior reports do
the same
 Attaches pulley and blocks to fixed overhead structures, such as beams,
ceilings and gin pole booms with bolts and clamps
 Attaches load with grappling devices such as loops, wires, ropes and chains to
crane hook

 Select appropriate equipment such as cables, slings, chains, winches, and

pulleys, according to load weights and sizes, facilities, and work schedules
 Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability
 Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using
hand and power tools
 Assists in layout and measuring of materials for installation
 Assist operators and riggers with maintaining clearance while lifts are being
conducted (personnel as well as lift clearances)
 Is responsible for retrieving all necessary tools from the tool room on a daily basis
to support the day’s specific activity
 Assists in staging materials and necessary tools to execute each work activity
 Assists the journey Rigger on all work activities
 Can and often performs journey tasks, contingent on the level of experience and
directions from the journey Rigger
 Signal and verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads; control
movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces

electricity production from running water.
Description: In our project we designed Logarithmic spiral turbine for produced power from
running water in raining season, in summer days solar panel is act as backup energy.
