JOB RESPOSIBLITIES:

 Perform hands on training of general rig maintenance, repair, installation and

removal.
 Rigging/Slinging, tagging loads, working overhead, Assisting crew & Lifting loads
 Deck maintenance about the installation to include cleaning, painting, and
housekeeping.
 The primary focus is to safely perform various work activities that assist the Crane
Operator including:
 Loading and off-loading equipment
 Lifting and moving various equipment, systems, containers, tubulars, palletized
materials, and other supplies about the installation.
 Emergency preparedness
KEY DUTIES:

 Working under the supervision of drilling operator and all-around labour.

 Assisting crew of lifting pipe rod out of the hole, lowering pipe rod back on to the
hole and transferring of drilling equipment’s to another location.

 Responsible for the positioning of pipe rod holder, loosen and tighten pipe joint,
pushing sample out from the drill barrel and record data for the daily report.

 Assist drilling operator to manipulate drilling machine the stability and run ability of
the system and other members of the drilling crew wherever needed.

 Assisted in multiple projects around oil well locations including assemble and
inspection of production equipment

 Assisted with maintenance, transportation, and sometimes operation of same

equipment.

 Assisted Crane Operator transport and load tubular, pipes and other equipment
required for rig operation.

 Performed rig maintenance such as cleaning, painting, and chipping.

 Performed fire watching and flagging.

 Assisted the Derrick hand in mixing correct mud mix for drilling.
 Worked within safety regulations
