Duties & Responsibilities

 Lead and supervise a team of insulation workers, providing guidance and direction.
 Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
 Ensure that the team adheres to safety regulations and follows proper installation techniques.
 Monitor the quality of insulation work to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications.
 Conduct inspections to identify and address any defects or issues in the insulation installation.
 Implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
 Coordinate the delivery and storage of insulation materials on-site.
 Manage inventory and ensure that an adequate supply of materials is available for the project.
 Verify that the correct type and quantity of insulation materials are used according to project requirements.
 Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
 Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the insulation crew.
 Ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
 Report progress, issues, and any deviations from the project plan to superiors.
 Keep detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, material usage, and any incidents or
accidents.
 Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as permits and compliance certificates, is obtained and
maintained.
