They will offer three varieties of gluten free bread as well as an expanded menu of gluten free sweets including cookies, bars, muffins, scones, and batter bread. While the sandwiches that day will be served on regular bread, the baked goods will be gluten free. However, the products may contain trace amounts of wheat flour due to on-site milling and cannot be guaranteed completely free of cross contamination.

    Join us for our second Gluten Free Bake Day on Monday, September 17. All products baked that day will be Gluten Free. We will offer three varieties of bread and an expanded menu of sweets. Our sandwiches that day will be served on our regular bread products - THEY WILL NOT BE GLUTEN FREE. This product is not recommended for customers with the serious autoimmune disorder, celiac disease, as it may contain trace amounts of whole wheat flour. We mill our own wheat on site and can not completely eliminate the risk of cross contamination.
