Objective The general purpose of this program is to contribute sustainable livelihood to the people belonged to the marginalized community. Specific purpose - It aims to provide livelihood opportunities to the people in order to help their family financially. Justification Rationale A (FGD) focused group discussion was conducted last July 17, 2012 with the purok leader , barangay officials and working committee of Brokenshire College Toril at Lubogan Toril Barangay Hall, it reveals that Majority of the population have reached only elementary grades attributing to lack of skills and high unemployment rate. This barangay is facing a financial problem (source of income) in this community. In like manner the community people tend to gamble for a living because they believe it can be a source of easy money. It is for this reason that the project is viewed as a significant intervention in setting in place a livelihood program.

Benefits derived from the project The target participants will benefit from the project in terms of; - Acquiring skills in handicraft - Additional source of income Target beneficiaries: Out of school youth Unemployed housewives Schedule of activities: Date of implementation: August 3, 2012 Pay day: Every 15th and 30th day of the month
