Ocean Pines 10 properties sold in Ocean Pines during February bringing the YTD total to 20 settled properties. This is down slightly from this point last year, which can be attributed to high activity levels last winter. The previous months saw a fair amount of waterfront property being listed which caused this value to jump up.
