    Learning Objectives: At the end of the lesson pupils should be able to 1. Know the position of the Print Screen, Esc and Num Lock keys 2. State the function of the Print Screen, Esc and Num Lock keys

    Activities
    1.

    Teacher shows the keyboard and the position of the Print Screen, Esc and Num Lock keys.

    2. Pupils are required to view their desktop and press Print Screen key. 3. Teacher asks the pupils to open blank word document and right click their mouse. From the toolbar they have click the paste option.

    4. Teacher explains the function of Num Lock key. It is

    to activate the numeric key pad

    5. Press the Num lock key. Make sure the indicator light on the keyboard is on. Pupils are asked to press key 1-9.

    6. Teacher explains the function of Esc. It is to cancel the command given.

    7. Click file in the menu bar, the pull drop down menu will appear.

    8. To cancel this command, press Esc. Drop down menu

    will disappear.
