Steps to use Num Lock key. Step 1 : Explain the function of Num Lock key. It is to activate the numeric key pad.

Press the Num Lock key. Make sure the indicator light on the keyboard is on. Pupils are asked to press keys 1 to 9

Click File in the menu bar, the pull drop down menu will appear.
