EXAMINATIONS NOTICE - DECEMBER 2009 EXAMINATIONS

All ATC, ICTT, CMT, IST, CPA, CPS, CCP, CSIA, CICT, and FAQ examination candidates are hereby notified
of the following important dates and information.

1. Examination dates for December 2009 examinations are as follows:

(a) ATC, ICTT, CMT and IST Levels I and II
Tuesday, 24 November, Wednesday, 25 November and Thursday, 26 November 2009

(b) CPA, CPS, CCP and CSIA Part I

Friday, 27 November, Monday, 30 November and Tuesday, 1 December 2009

(c) CPA, CPS, CCP and CSIA Parts II and III

Wednesday, 2 December 2009, Thursday, 3 December 2009 and Friday, 4 December
2009

(d) CICT
(i) Part I
Friday, 27 November 2009, Monday, 30 November 2009, Tuesday, 1 December
2009 and Wednesday, 2 December 2009

(ii) Part II
Tuesday, 1 December 2009, Wednesday, 2 December 2009, Thursday, 3
December 2009 and Friday, 4 December 2009.

(iii) Part III

Wednesday, 2 December 2009, Thursday, 3 December 2009 and Friday, 4

December 2009.

(e) Foreign Accountancy Qualifications (FAQ)

Thursday, 3 December 2009 and Friday, 4 December 2009.

2. Closing dates for examination entries for the December 2009 examinations are shown below:

Normal entries: Friday, 14 August 2009

Late entries: Tuesday, 15 September 2009

3. Examination brochures and forms are obtainable on request, free of charge, either in person at
the offices of KASNEB, through the post, at any branch of the Kenya National Library Service
(KNLS) countrywide or training institutions. Forms can also be downloaded from our website;
www.kasneb.or.ke.

4. Method of payment of fees

Attention of students and candidates is drawn to the guides of the specific ATC, ICTT, CMT, IST,
CPA, CPS, CCP, CSIA, CICT and FAQ examinations regarding secure methods of paying fees to
KASNEB either in person or through the post.

5. All candidates who sat for the June 2009 examinations should NOT ENTER for the December 2009
examinations before they receive their results for the June 2009 examinations.

6. All students of KASNEB are required to update their annual registration renewal positions
by 1 July of each year.
7. Closing dates for applications to be registered as a student in order to be eligible to enter for the
June 2010 examinations are shown below:

Normal Registration: Monday, 30 November 2009

Late Registration: Thursday, 31 December 2009
