Folklore Attendance is packed with a lot of relevant options that enable you to configure various business rules. These rules enable you to accurately determine the Attendance information of an employee. You can configure rules for:

Determining the hours worked by an employee. It can be calculated as: The difference of the first and last swipes Can be the difference between all In and Out swipes The difference between the First In and Last Out swipe

Determining Hours Worked based on work done during the Shift timings or use a Flexible Working hours rule. Determining how to mark an employee as present / absent. It can be Marked as Present based on the existence of a single swipe Based on an employee having worked for a minimum number of hours during his Shift time Based on an employee having worked for a minimum number of hours at any time during the day

Marking an employee as absent for continuous late coming Excluding a set employees from marking their Attendance Considering a set of employees as present for a specified peiod and many more...

Overtime Management
Folklore provides for a comprehensive set of features for employee Overtime Management.

You can configure various types of OT. This includes Pre-OT - OT Approvals happen and actual Overtime work is done based on this Approval

Post-OT - OT Approvals happen after the actual Overtime work is done Auto-OT - OT Approvals are done automatically for certain Shifts where the working hours are extended You can configure various business rules for OT Eligibility - Based on type of employees, minimum hours to be worked, OT Slabs, etc. Provision is provided for you to update the OT done by various employees. Workflow based online Approval process for both Pre-OT and Post-OT. Integration of the module with Folklore Payroll for auto transfer of OT data for Payroll processing.
