purJ:X)ses, the current market value of various works of art owned by the Gty.

The Gty's art collection consists of approximately 876 works of art (item; of correspondence
are included in this nurrber), the of which are loccted in four Oty b..Jildings: 9Jnset
Center, Oty Hall, Harris:>n Mermrial Main Ul:rary end Harris:>n Ubrary Park Branch. Additional
locations include the Fire 9:cti on, First Murphy Park, end the corner of J uni r:a-o end Alta
9:reets.

The successful contractor wi II con-plete m appraisal md valuation report of all works identified
in previous inventories and my works that have been since acquired by the Gty. Valuction will
be based upon the insurmce/replcx:ernent value of ecx:h piece.
The contractor will conduct on-site visits to Gty sites, chEI:king any locction where iterr6rTBY
be 9:ored or displayed. On these visits, the appraiser wi II be accorrpcr1ied by Oty 9:aff.
