If you have a complaint against a city official, you can contact the City of
Tijuana Internal Affairs at 688-2810, 24 hours a day. You can also register your
complaint, in person at City Hall, or via the Internet at the following address:

The form on the next page is provided by the Internal Affairs office for use
by any Mexican Citizen or foreign visitor to file complaints against mexican police
officers or any other local public official.

Note: Any information provided will be part of the investigation and will help
resolve the complaint, which may result in disciplining the officer or the public
official. If possible, please provide the officer's name, police unit number and a
physical description. If you are not familiar with the City, describe businesses,
stores, or nearby buildings, where the event took place. If you were injured, you
should obtain a medical report from the State District Attorney's Office. Don't
forget to write down the date and time of the incident. You can file your complaint.
