PERSONAL SUMMARY
Khirullah Abdul Hamid is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Management Consultant. He completed his
Black Belt training and certification with SKF Group. Khirullah Abdul Hamid is specializing in
productivity improvement, Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, Design of Experiment
(DoE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Taguchi Method and Process Reengineering. Trained in
Industrial Engineering, Lean Management and Six Sigma. Established more than 15 years
experience in consulting, training and managing Industrial Engineering (IE) and productivity
improvement systems. Implemented and establish the Lean Initiative for many Multinational
Organization. Extensive knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and Statistical tools and methodologies.
Extensive training experiences to several organization in automotive, oil & gas, manufacturing
and service industries. Hand on ability in implementing Quality Management System (QMS) and
process reengineering in many multinational organization. Registered Trainer under Malaysia
Productivity Corporation (MPC), Khirullah is very active in training and consulting in Lean, Six
Sigma and Manufacturing with high energy and focus.
Khirullah has a BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed most of the work
towards his Masters degree Marketing.
