Project Title Synopsis

1. SAP Implementation The project covers various modules like PP PM and PC. It involves conducting
GAP analysis, creation of Master Data, Base line testing, blue print creation,
Integration testing, Planning for the cutover activity, support to end users during
Tech-Go-Live, Real Go-Live, designing and developing various production related
reports through PP SAP. It also facilitates training to Super Users.

Under this project I worked as a team leader for Clinker factor achievement team
in entire ACC plant, COE means, A team of people that promote collaboration
and using best practices around a specific focus area to drive business
results. COE responsibilities are to Support, Guidance, Shared Learning,
Measurement and Governance to the plant.
