Tubular Unit
o Tubular product manufacturing, Repairs and premium connections for Aramco, GE, Shlumberger, Baker Huge,
NOV etc. ( 20 CNC Machine, including Multi axis lathe ( Turn-Mill), Cutting and Heat treatment unit, Corrosion
resistance coating unit, Assembly unit,).
o API and Premium connection re-cut and new manufacturing (GP, VAM, Tenaris) threading and repair of
tubing's, casings, drill collars, drill pipes, Tubing hangers etc.) .
Key achievements:
o Revenue output growth of division by 150% + with zero increase in resource.
o Segregated and arranged material yard which was in uncontrolled stage since 15+yrs.
o Established Control mechanism to monitor unit output and individual performance.
o Improved Planning process and customized ERP to automate efficiency, utilization thus helping to track OEE.

o US$ 5M cost saving for 2019 by process modification.
