This property was known as Bonaventure, a once glamorous but now tired resort on the fringes of the Everglades inWeston, Florida. The developer bought the property with the idea of reinventing it as a modern luxury condominium hotel and spa/resort destination.Our job was twofold: to brand and create gorgeous collateral for the Residences (formerly the hotel rooms) and help the developer keepBonaventure in business until the property was re-flagged by Wyndham. All without confusing the market.
MARRIOTT SOUTH BEACH
wanted impact, style and to stand out from the sea of mediocre direct mail. What theygot was a campaign so successful it was reprinted multiple times and won a District Charlie from ADFED for Direct Marketing.
 
A GRAND NEW LOOK 
This extraordinary hotel is an example of southern hospitality at its best. The Grand Hotel MarriottResort, Golf Club and Spa wanted to convey this message to its customers and we obliged. Every guest gets a “Y’all come back now” and they do,over and over again.
