    Job Description

    Position : Lead Person


    Department: Sanitation
    Reports To : Sanitation Supervisor/Manager
    Responsibilities

    1. Sets up, instructs, and maintains the work flow of crew


    2. Checks and Inspects work of crew
    3. Assures team is operating safely
    4. Provides PPE and supplies to team
    5. Conducts chemical mixing, proportioning and titrations
    6. Trains new employees in job duties.
    7. Assists supervisor in daily activities.
    8. Works on special projects when not working with team.
    9. Knowledge of all sanitation processes
    10. able to follow written instructions.
    11. Signs off on completion reports.
    12. other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:
    1. Ability to understand and carryout directions both verbal and written.
    2. Ability to lead a working crew without supervision.
    3. A good understanding of lock out- tag out procedures and confined space.
    4. Recognize/ analyze problem areas and help develop solutions.
