will host a community meeting at 7:30am at Tierra Del Sol Restaurant. The guest

speaker will be Dionne Mack-Harvin. Ms. Mack-Harvin was recently appointed as District 4

the Director of the El Paso Public Library. Prior to this appointment, she was the

first African American to lead the Brooklyn Public Library and the first African Rachel Quintana

American woman to head a major public library system in New York State. She

began her career at the Brooklyn Public Library in 1996. Ms. Mack-Harvin will

discuss her vision for the Library and share information about upcoming programs District 7
