 TO gain knowledge of the various aspects of the H.R.-
which is one of the most important functions in any
organization

 The report has try to identify problems prevailing


in the company and necessary suggestions

 Primary data- Interaction directly with directors and managers of the company.

 Secondary data- company website, forms and rules and


regulation book and annual reports of the company.
 Maps and annual reports of the company.
 And booklets of the HRD office IFFCO.
 Log sheet –process trend.
 Quality control-hourly checking.

 5 weeks for observing and data collection of the work and
1 week for preparing project report .

STUDY LIMITATION

 Shorter time duration

 Non-availability of concerned departmental heads

 Farmers are uneducated so getting information from


them was very difficult
FINDINGS
• Workers do not follow safety
rules.

• More importance to the farmers activities,


women awareness.

• Less burden on management as workers are


contract based.

• Safety permits to go to the specific area.


Suggestions

 It is a mother unit
 They should give more stress on
productivity.
 Advance technologies to increase
productivity
 They should decrease work force.
