CAMPUS QUADRANGLE (In front of the Cralle Student Union Building.) This is where residential students begin the move-in process. All new students must check-in at the small tent. Students will be directed where to proceed from there.

10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Lunch

ROBERTA D. CRANMER DINING & CONFERENCE CENTER Lunch in the Cranmer Dining & Conference Center is available at a discounted rate to family members ($5.50 per person). LWC students with a meal plan are free. Food may also be purchased at the trailers on the Campus Quad. Drinks are free.

1:30 p.m. Honors Reception

NORMA AND GLEN HODGE CENTER FOR DISCIPLESHIP This invitation-only reception is for those students invited to take part in the Honors Program.

2 p.m. Say Goodbye to Parents

MEET IN YOUR RESIDENCE HALL Time for final hugs and kisses. If you havent already, say goodbye to your family and head to your residence hall. All students will walk to the Doris and Bob Holloway Health & Wellness Center with their resident adviser.

2:30 p.m. Class of 2015 Kick-Off Ceremony

DORIS AND BOB HOLLOWAY HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER All students commuter and residential will be welcomed by President William T. Luckey Jr. and Student Government Association President Khyati Patel. Students will also meet key Residence Life staff and participate in a team-building activity with members of their residence hall.

5 p.m. Presidents Picnic

LAWN OF EMILY D. HUNDLEY PRESIDENTS HOME Meet LWC President Luckey and Mrs. Luckey while enjoying an outdoor feast prepared by the fantastic Roberta D. Cranmer Dining & Conference Center Staff.

6:30 p.m. First Hall Meeting (Mandatory)

RESIDENCE HALLS All new residential students must report to their individual hall for their first hall meeting with their resident adviser (RA).

8 p.m.- Midnight Class of 2015 HWC Lock-in!

Mammoth Cave New Entrance Tour MAMMOTH CAVE, KY Explore one of Seven Natural Wonders of the World at Kentuckys most famous national park. Mammoth Cave is the longest cave system in the world.

2 p.m. Crossing the Line

All OVER CAMPUS Students enrolled in Freshman Seminar courses will meet with peer mentors to engage in an interactive activity that will introduce them to the common reading, Tuesdays with Morrie, and prepare them for conversations during their first semester.

5:30-6:30 p.m. Blue Raider Tailgate

BLUE RAIDER STADIUM Dinner will be served at Blue Raider Stadium (no meal in Cranmer Dining & Conference Center). Tailgate will include several events, including a cornhole tournament. Winners will receive a cash prize and face President Luckey and a partner of his choosing. If youre not into cornhole, play bingo for a chance to win prizes. CAF ON THE SQUARE (Columbia Public Square) Singer-songwriter Trevor Davis seamlessly combines pop, rock and soul to deliver well-constructed songs that are highly original. He has opened for award-winning singersongwriters including such as Tina Dico and Anna Nalick. He has performed the National Anthem before San Diego Padres games; his most popular song, Not Enough, received air play on several San Diego radio stations. The concert is FREE; first 100 people to attend will receive a free Italian soda or lemonade, courtesy of SGA and SAB.
