MICRO ECONOMICS - SELF ASSESSMENT.

Felisha. Namor
My name is Felisha Namor. I am a female student from Papua New Guinea who is currently studying Business in Pacific Adventist University. I came from a mix parentage of Manus, Buka and Sepik. Spending most of my childhood days growing up in East Sepik is the reason why I call it my home. About my family, my fathers name is Pachi and he is married to my mother whose name is Joanne. My dad works with the Department of works and Transport at Wewak while my mother has been taking care of the household. Kennedy is my elder and only brother and he is studying Civil engineering at PNG institute of Poly tech. Ever since I was in high school, I enjoyed learning economics and the entire concept that was taught in economics. Learning economics to me means taking part in molding and developing my country. Achieving the best results in the things I enjoyed doing or fascinates me is what I am always destined to do. It makes me feel good and motivates even more and by the end of the semester, I aim to get good grades in Micro economics and at the same time have a broad and clear understanding of the subject in different perspective. Like everybody else I have bigger dreams ahead. Being in a university is a goal I already but yet its only a stepping stone and an opening of an unknown chapter in my line of achievements. A year and three years from now my goal would be achieving the best results during my course of study because by then, Ill be still in school .But five years from now my goal is to become a successful

professional Accountant establishing and managing my own accounting firm and to be a good leader and a role model rather than working for someone else. However, from my point of view micro economics is not that critical to understand compared to macro and global economics. For me micro is about knowing the basic of economics or what makes up and how to manage the factors that are involved. Lastly, and as a matter of fact, I for one cannot judge where I am spiritually or rating my spiritual growth myself but growing in up in a Christian home and being a Christian I have my down falls but my earnest prayers is for God to help me learn the most of life and help me bring to harmony and consistency my faith in my learning so that my faith will not be shaken by the new knowledge from my learning and above all to be spiritually fit and to be the person he wanted me to be this semester..
