Annual Resolutions of the Directors

RESOLVED THAT:

1.Approval of Financial Statements

The financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended with the
report dated of the accountant thereon are hereby approved, such approval to be
evidenced by the signature of both of the directors at the foot of the balance sheet forming
part of such financial statements.

2.Election of Officers
The following persons are hereby elected officers of the Corporation for the next ensuing
year or until their successors are elected:

President
Secretary
Treasurer

The foregoing resolution is hereby consented to by the signatures of all the directors of the
Corporation.
