PRAGATI aims to develop, facilitate & propagate practices that will help the underprivileged deprived youth to join the economic main stream through a wide array of Vocational Training Program designed towards empowering them. Providing right skill set & talent, through a vast network of (NGO) Community Channel & Industry Partnership Providing employable training, cultivate & nurture a technical & industrial attitude in the minds of younger generation PRAGATI encourages adopting right values, transparency & code of conduct in business
Model / Methodology
1) Community Channel
Target people: Deprived Underprivileged Youth (18-30 years) Steps & Process: Mobilizing the aspirants through (NGO) communities & creating Interest Inventory Class-room training at NGO Premises Faculties: Industry Consultants & Professionals from Academic & Corporate Fraternity Curriculum: Theoretical & Practical Applications (Role-plays , Work Readiness Module, etc) - Computerization (Computer Education Institute) - On-the-Job Training - Placement Assistance In association with Industry Partnership.
2) Direct channel
Target people: Youth (18-30 years) Steps & Process: Marketing & Promotion Registration at School / Colleges Class-room Training at School / Colleges Faculties: Industry Consultants & Professionals from Academic & Corporate Fraternity Curriculum: - Theoretical & Practical Applications (Role-plays , Work Readiness Module, etc) - Computerization (Computer Education Institute) - On-the-Job Training - Placement Assistance Assistance in setting up Micro-Enterprises
3) Franchisee Channel
