September 11, 2012 Memo to: PARENTS OF 2-N From: OFFICERS OF 2-N Subject: SOIREE

Greetings! We would like to inform you that the officers of both 2-N from the Ateneo High School and 3-Kalayaan have organized a soiree to promote interaction with other schools. The officers of both sections were able to meet up and plan the soiree details. The venue will be at the Ponco residence at 71 Soliven III, Avenue Extension, Loyola Grand Villas. The event will be held on the 15th of September from 5:30 -10:30 P.M. Food and drinks will be provided by the class of 2-N while program planning will be organized by the class of 3Kalayaan. Mrs. Ponco has kindly offered to chaperone the soiree and help organize the flow of the night. So that we may have a head count on the people attending this event, we have attached a reply slip on the bottom of the page to be given to the president of the class. This will also be used as a guide to how much food we will be ordering so that there will be no shortage or excess. We thank you for your support and hope that this event will be a successful and memorable one.
