SUPREME SECONDARY LEARNERS GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1

Series 2023

RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE MRS. MA. DAPHNE DC. MALAIT AS THE SSG

ADVISER OF LOOC NATIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES, BRGY. AGKAWAYAN,
LOOC, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO FOR SY 2022-2023.

WHEREAS, as per DepEd Order No. 47, 2014 Section 2 states that “The SPG/SSG Adviser shall
have the following qualifications.”
2.1. Have experience in organizational management;
2.2. With good character and reputation in the school and community; and
2.3. Competent, able, and willing to work with the student leaders from planning to
implementation of projects, programs and activities;

WHEREAS, Article 13, Section 2 of Deped Order No. 47, Series 2014 states that SPG/SSG
Adviser shall be endorsed to the School Head through a resolution;

WHEREAS, OUA Memo 00-0821-0140 dated August 17, 2021 states that the School Head will
endorsed the SPG/SSG Adviser to the office of the Schools Division Superintendent following
the guidelines set by the SPG/SSG Constitution and By-Laws;

WHEREAS, the newly elected officers of the organization select the SPG / SSG Adviser yearly;

WHEREAS, the SSG Officers of SY 2022– 2023 voted to designate MRS. MA. DAPHNE DC.
MALAIT to be the SSG Adviser for SY 2022 – 2023;

WHEREAS, the elected officers believed that she is qualified for the position because of her
active involvement and meritorious achievements the organization needed;

WHEREAS, the elected officers recognize her potential in upholding the DepEd Core Values:
Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan at Makabansa;

WHEREAS, the elected officers believed that her leadership will transpire and empower them to
become better leaders;

NOW THEREFORE, WE, the officers of Supreme Student Government hereby RESOLVED
to designate MA. DAPHNE DC. MALAIT as the official SSG Adviser of LOOC NATIONAL
SCHOOL OF FISHERIES – SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT, Agkawayan, Looc,
Occidental Mindoro.

Upon motion of NOWELYN V. SALAYSAY, duly seconded by all the officers present that
copy of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Principal of LNSF for her endorsement
to the Schools Division Superintendent of Occidental Mindoro for her approval.

Let copies of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Principal, General PTA and
Schools Division of Occidental Mindoro for reference.
