RESOLUTION No. 001

SERIES OF 2022

“A RESOLUTION ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF KUBO IN EVERY GRADE LEVEL IN SUPPORT TO THE

PROJECT KUBOOKS WHICH AIMS TO ENHANCE AND DEVELOP THE LITERACY AND NUMERACY
SKILLS OF THE LEARNERS OF BALINTOCATOC INTEGRATED SCHOOL.”

WHEREAS, the School Parents and Teacher Association aims to enhance and develop the literacy
and numeracy skills of the learners of Balintocatoc Integrated School.

WHEREAS, the YES-O organization wants to conduct a project called “KUBOOKS” which aims to help
the reading capability and numeracy skills of the learners.

WHEREAS, in support to the project “KUBOOKS”, the Treasurer of SPTA Mrs. Wina T. Cainglet
presented the humble idea of the construction of kubo in every grade level to the officers and
members of the organization and they are all agreed about the said project.

WHEREAS, Mr. Johnny V. Mendoza, officers and members of the SPTA was one accord that the
budget for the construction of the kubo was mainly coming from the solicitation of stakeholders and
other personal entities.
