Last September 2, 2022, the PTA meeting was held at Gabihan High School exactly 12:00 p.m. The
meeting started with a program that was conducted by the teachers of Gabihan High school. The agendas was
discussed and executed smoothly by the adviser. It was ended by the signing of attendance.

Last September 2, 2022, the General parent-Teacher Association election was held at Gabihan High
School exactly 12:00 p.m headed by the OIC- Head Teacher Mrs. Jennifer s. Estabillo. The meeeting was
started with a program that was conducted by the teachers of Gabihan High school. Short discussion of roles of
PTA Officers was delivered by Ms. Promia G. De Leon, Teacher I and the election proper was given by her.
They were given time to and it was done smoothly. Ms. De Leon presented the newly elected officers after the
voting was close and showed the result of the election. Message from newly elected officers was delivered. The
project of the PTA for this school year was also discussed.

Its election time, the time where the student body will choose and support the next leaders of the school. It
aims to develop students into well-equipped leaders who can take their place responsibly in service of the
community. Supreme Student Government is a school organization whose purpose is to train the students to
become better citizens in the future and to develop students’ skills and abilities in achieving quality education and
academic excellence through cooperative works among themselves in achieving their goals. Last September 12- 16,
2022, the activities for the SSG Election took place. A total number of 314 students from Junior High participated
on the said event. There were three (3) participating parties and each had 1fifteen (15) officers aiming to be in the
position they desired. The screening for the Presidential and Vice-presidential Candidates was held last September
8, 2022 at SSG room. After the screening, the filing of the Certificates of Candidacy (COC) took place on September
9 (7:00am – 1:00pm). The candidates filed their COC according to their respective party. During the last hour of the
filing of COCs, the SSG Adviser, Ms. Promia G. De Leon, called for a meeting. In this meeting the responsibility,
requirements, activities and consequences of being a SSG Officer were discussed. After meeting, the official list of
candidates for SSG Election of Officers A.Y. 2022-2023 was publicly announced to the students. They were
introduced to the students with brief information. The Campaign Period started at 10:00 am – 2:00pm. The
candidates were given only limited time to have their campaign. Each party independently planned their campaign
strategies and went room-to-room to introduce their selves and persuade the students to support and vote them. A
Campus-wide Presidential and Vice-Presidential Debate or “Meeting de Avance” was held on September 14, 2022
at Gabihan High School Building. Right after the day of the Meeting de Avance, the synchronize election took place.
The voting process started at 8:00pm until 2:00pm, the ballots were placed according to their year level. And for a
smooth flow election, a line of three was made in order and COMELEC Officials assisted the students. The election
took about an hour to finish. After class hour, the counting of votes started. The COMELEC officials together with
some SSG Officers were the ones who count the votes of the students. After about an hour, the counting of votes
was done and the result was out. At exactly 2:00 pm, the result was then posted and winners were proclaimed. So
far SGG election was successfully conducted where students are given the chance to participate and exercise their
right of suffrage during the election.
