NW10 0RG COST: 10 TUTOR NAME: Tamsin Greenway CONTACT INFO: Rhiannon Smith- Rhiannon.smith@englandnetball.co.uk The workshop will look at different ideas to integrate into coaching sessions to help improve the individuals player, through speed and agility exercises, drills and practises. SAQ is such an important part of the modern day players game and can help improve their technical and tactical play on court. This course will show what the elite players are focussing on at the moment as well as giving coaches help on how to add these sessions into their current coaching plans.
