    Pro-Choice: supports the right of a mother to abort her unborn child Pro-Life: supports the rights of the unborn child that is about to be aborted Bush-tax-cuts: Tax Cuts that where implied by former president George W. Bush the cuts lowered taxes for almost all American tax-payers the effect of these tax-cuts is however still in discussion a Declared Candidate: A candidate that has not withdrawn his/her candidacy but has also not been nominated to be voted on to oppose: to be/vote against something; to place so as to be opposite of something incentives: something that encourages you to work harder, start new activities etc. provisions: the act of providing something that someone needs. The administration: the people who manage an institution or organization, especially a college or university.
