Tuesday, October 30, 2012 JOS ANDRS THINKFOODGROUP 480 7th Street, NW Washington DC 20004 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. A tasting showroom exclusively for the trade. From 10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. there will be an exclusive seminar led by Mr. Lucas Paya. Previously sommelier of the Michelin 3-star EL BULLI in Roses, Spain, Mr. Paya is the wine purchaser for THINKFOODGROUP by Jos Andrs. Seating is extremely limited. Reservations for this seminar will be on a rst come, rst serve basis.
    Events are open exclusively to quali ed industry professionals who can prove a liation within the industry at the wholesale purchasing level and to members of the press who report on wine and food. A business card or other professional identi cation will be required for admission. No one under the age of 21 years will be admitted.
