Vernacular styles
A report about any one vernacular style(from traditional to contemporary adaptations) of buildings / dwellings / construction.
Classical/monumental styles of the region can be compared if available

From any part in the world/ India

 Introduction to style and location/region Climate and geography

Give details using text, images, tables, figures, charts Topography , maps, typical topography diagrams

Explain aspects of the bioclimatic design

Building Practices and Philosophy Using diagrams, photos, figures, tables

Examples of adoption of the elements of the particular vernacular style in modern designs (if available)
CITE ALL SOURCES and then add the full reference at the end

 Academic Integrity Expected.

Use figures, diagrams, photos , tables etc. Compile and paraphrase (links to examples given in next slide); do not copy and paste Cite sources for each facts, paragraph, sentences, images, ideas etc. if borrowed. (If not sourced and referenced correctly, up to 75% of total marks will be cut)
