The team leader should explain all the necessary information before the project. All members should be clear as to what is to be done. The team members should come to a mutually agreeable decision to get the work done. However it is not necessary that a team working together may necessarily come to a common decision. So it is also possible that the remote teams may be the best performers. Three team basics can find ways to compensate for the loss of physical togetherness. They are : A) Shape shared beliefs B) Store house of credibility and trust. C) Developed shared space.

They have to pay attentions to the way others perceive them. Teams working remotely have to work harder to build the trust and rapport.
