The followers can only follow their leader by their own choice but not forcefully. Some of the methods through
which leaders can communicate and convince their teams are as following:

team and the success of the project. The team will be disappointed from their leader and will not follow him in
the future.

• Appreciation: A good Leader should always welcome new and creative ideas of their team members and should
definitely appreciate them on the basis of their performance as it will eventually boost up their confidence and
enthusiasm. This way will surely lead to convince a team or the members to follow him or her.

• Creating Good atmosphere: The best leader is one who creates a good and peaceful environment for their team
members to work together. The atmosphere of the work should be a place where the team can think and work
without any pressure and burden.

• Logical and cooperative: A Great Leader is one who thinks and works logically and always try to give a sense of
satisfaction to his teammates that they can complete this project successfully. One should always be cooperative
and open to the ideas of other members. This will surely enhance their self- confidence and they will feel
connected to their leader.

• Respect others’ opinions: The best and the important way to convince the team members is to always respect
their opinion and their thinking.

For example: If a leader only does his own things and force their team to follow them this will surely not work
