Remedial Instruction I. Profile of the Learner Name: John Ronn R. Aviguetero Age: 11 Gender: Male Grade Level: IV School: Pugo Cecilio Elementary School Intervention Program After conducting the Diagnostic test, the test result showed that he is better in English than in Mathematics. He got 9 out of 35 in mathematics while 13 out of 30 in English. He is weak in mathematics especially in fraction related problems particularly in determining the greatest common factor, least common denominator and least common multiple. He is also weak in prime factorization, rounding numbers and subtraction of large numbers. Hence, I suggest that he needs remedial teaching in mathematics. Here is the recommended intervention program for remedial teaching. DATE 09/15/12 LESSON
