The

case deals about the relation between the boss and his subordinates. Mr. Jame was very cheerful and gregarious. Though occupying the number two position in the hierarchy of large organization. He had a very approachable style of working. But, somehow his working style did not go down well with some of his co-workers.

no time the issue reached his boss. The boss advised Mr.Jame that he better change his behavior. Mr. Jame tried to defend himself by stating various reasons, but unfortunately he had to heed his bosss advice. Mr. Jame change his behavior. He started addressing everyone in the most respectful tone. Many of the staff were surprised and at the same time upset with the change in behavior of Mr. Jame. This led to inefficiency from the part of Mr. Jame and hence he ended up with quitting his job.

Some subordinate have problem with Mr.James behavior Due to bosss advise Mr.Jame totally changed his behavior

to which there were differences in the attitudes of the staff towards Mr.Jame. When he changed his behavior he became inefficient and the company suffered from less productivity and turnover rate .

Only few subordinate have problem so he can change his behavior towards them only

Concern for production

Open communication between the boss and the subordinates. Weekly meetings to sort out the problems and issues encountered during work.
