1 CONCLUSION Customer service, employee retention and growth, doing more with less, quality and productivity these are some of the issues affecting companies in all industries and sizes and influencing HR practices. Proper HR practices can contribute to companies competitiveness. HR practices have helped to grow the business and improve customer service by providing employees with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful. Company is experiencing great change due to new technologies, rapid development of knowledge, globalization of business, and development of e-commerce. Also company has to take steps to attract, retain and motivate their work forces. Only proper human resource management can enrich organizations strength and competitive advantages. 6.2 RECOMMENDATION The following recommendations can be draw for the development of the human resources of BPBL BPBL should always concentrate properly on recruiting, selecting appropriate personnel for the organization. BPBL should always concentrate on the further training program for the development of its employees. It should arrange training in foreign countries for the development of its R & D and production department. It should organized performance appraisal frequently. It should design more programs for ensuring strong healthy and safety environment.
