In this seven-week training, we will combine natural movement, dance, restorative breathing and awareness to practice b r e a z e, a five-step mindful moving meditation that connects you to the big breath of life and carry you through your insecurities, struggles, and challenges, in a natural, fun, and creative way. Restorative Breathing is an energetic and joyful opportunity to learn how to be inspired and @ ease - even in the midst of a storm. Learn how to turnover your stress to the breath & connect to the Big-Breath of life & the calm~joy in your soul. Be whole and @ peace.
