1 Do you know anything about the history of

this kind of dancing?

The Egyptians are acknowledged as being the first to dance. Archaeologists discovered reliefs showing a
type of dance or body language. Paintings of dancing figures were discovered in caves and rock shelters.
The earliest findings have pinpointed the origins of ancient dances in 9000-year-old India or 5300-year-
old Egypt, but the records more common infusion of dance into a modern culture can be found from
Ancient Greece, China, and India. The Actual dance forms appear to have been in place in India around
6000 B.C. The one who influenced them in dance is Sachs the one who divided early dances into imagless
dances and image dances. Imageless dances are those without any set form. These dances are
performed on special events like as marriage, war, famine, illness or death, and so on. They can be found
in all early society. The Image dances are focused with the world outside the dancer. The dancer believes
that by imitating an animal or object, he or she may capture and use a power. To imitate the act of sex is
to achieve fertility. This is the kind of thinking behind an image dance.

1 Why is it important for students in a school to have PE2:
Fundamentals of Rhythmic Activities?

For me, it is important that students have or learn the fundamentals of rhythmic exercises so
that they can be physically fitter and more balanced in everyday activities. This is important so
that students do more than simply study the lesson; it allows everyone to exercise or discover
the abilities they already have, and it helps them to be more physically, mentally, and emotionally
healthy and fit. Furthermore, it educates students on the benefits of exercise, dancing, and
other physical education activities, and it encourages a healthy and active lifestyle.

The most important thing I've learned is that dance is more than simply a sport, a skill, or a talent;
it's a passion. Dance is something you work hard for, putting in all of your spare time and effort.
Through dancing, we can show and express all that we couldn't say verbally. Dancing allows us to
express myself and my uniqueness through movement and creativity. Dancing is a gift that,
