    1. Identifying flaws in pilot study


    Some of the questions in questionnaire are the same and quite ambiguous. Some interviewees are shy. Grammatical error in question 1 ; Other should be Others. Low response rate in question 5 ; Comments.

    2. Solutions & further strategy

    Since the questionnaire is not well-structured, group members agreed on


    adding likert scale.

    Few modifications :
    1. Question 2 ; Other specific reasons of using computer room 2. Question 5 ; Which Wifi connection do you prefer to use? 3. Question 6 to Question 9 are based on likert scale 4. Question 10 ; Problems & Recommendation.

    The research will be conducted within 2 weeks from Monday to Thursday


    starting from 15th October 2012 to 18th November 2012 for Week 1 and from 22nd October 2012 to 25th October 2012 for Week 2 at 2.00 pm until 4.00 pm.

    Venue : UBD Library An estimation of 750 questionnaires will be photocopied.

    The questionnaires will be distributed to all UBD students but users in


    computer room are prioritized as we might get reliable responses.

    3. Blog Deciding on the title of the blog since the blog is yet properly done. Usage of pictures of group members as an introduction to each member and respective responsibilities.
