1. Click the online link at least 10 minutes before the

meeting.
2. Keep your audio in MUTE unless you are asked to
speak.
3. Get ready with your pen and paper to write
important matters.
4. Use the chat box to ask questions instead of talking.
5. Keep your video camera open during the entire
meeting/ conference.

1. Use the chat box as way of communication for
important matters only. Example:
• Asking for assignments
• Reminders
• Looking for someone, ask to send personal messages instead
• Sending/uploading pictures and documents
• Others
2. Show your acknowledgement through Likes/Emoji on
the post. Avoid senseless chat trends
3. Always show respect to others. NO bullying and bad
words

only the subject teacher.

3. FB Group is for posting classroom activities,
exams, announcements of teachers, and others.
4. Make sure to visit the FB Page as often as

• Modules will be collected and returned by your

parents at the school together with the
accomplished answer sheets, activities, portfolio and
projects.
• Make sure to study the contents of modules in
preparation for your online exams.
• DO NOT WRITE on modules. Put your answers on the
answer sheets.

• Online classes will be held in every subject area once a
week or depends on the teachers.
• Online platforms: FB Group Page, Google Classroom,
Google Meet, Zoom.
• Exams will be answered online using Google Forms,
Online recitations, and uploaded documents.
• Attendance will be through Google Forms or actual
online checking

2. Cellphones, Laptop, Desktop, Tablet (any of them)
3. Internet (mobile data or wired connection: PLDT, Converge,

video calls, your teacher will
post the activities through FB
Group and Google Classroom

5. Be responsible on your deadlines.
6. Distance learning does not mean
you are allowed to go to far
places. Stay at home because you
have activities and exams to
submit every week. Keep safe.
7. Study on your own because there
are exams that needs to be
passed. Never let your parents do
the tasks.
• Every Monday, 7:00-9:00am is our Class
Schedule in TLE.
• Maximum of 1 hour every class discussion via
online.
• 1:00-3:00pm is your Independent Learning!
• For queries: 1:00-3:00pm every Monday!
Beyond that day and time will not be
entertained.
• Friday is Self Assessment Tasks (checking,
portfolio preparation, submission)
• 1 hour class discussion, 1 hour for evaluation of
learning.
• For those who choose MODULAR you are
welcome to join our online class.
