    Prior to installation, verify this is the correct part for your application.
    1. 2. 3. Remove light bar from old unit and place in ProgRama unit. Make sure battery jumper is placed to the on position. For correct operation, unit must be reset after installation.

    GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING NOTES


    NEW UNIT PROBLEM

    Symptoms Inspection light will not reset Tach and MPG not working or working improperly. Tach, MPG and Temp not working. Inspection light flashing. Light board has missing lights. No green lights. Instrument cluster is performing incorrectly. Brake light stays on.

    Test/Suspect Problems Batteries are not turned on.

    Solution Move jumper to on position.

    Batteries are not turned on. Cracked or corroded solder on conductor plate. No code plug. Bad code plug Visual inspect for cracked or corroded solder. Light bar missing. Conductor plate visual inspection for cracked or corroded solder. Faulty conductor plate.

    Move jumper to on position. Replace conductor plate. Plug in code plug. Replace code plug. Replace light board. Remove light bar from old unit and install in new unit. Replace conductor plate.

    Replace conductor plate.
