JOINDER OF MARATHON OIL COMPANY TO THE PRELIMINARY OBJECTION OF THE OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS TO MOTION OF UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY Marathon Oil Company (Marathon), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby joins the preliminary objection of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors to motion of Union Oil Company of California for relief from automatic stay and joinder in Debtors objection [Docket No. 155] (the Committees Preliminary Objection) and in support thereof, states as follows: 1.
