    and to whom it may concern

    MANIFOLD CONNECTIONS

    Dear Sirs,

    With reference to the call at INDIAN OIL CORPORATION L.t.d. PARADIP - INDIA for
    discharging SUPERIOR KEROSENE OIL at your NEW OIL JETTY facility, the ship is equipped
    with 4 nos of Manifolds 4 x 16”, but NEW OIL JETTY provided only ONE connection 1 x 12’’,
    hence reducing the discharging rate of the vessel.

    On behalf of Owners and / or whomsoever entitled, I do lodge protest for above mentioned
    and decline all responsibility for any consequence which may arise hence.
